About the Role
We are seeking an experienced roofer to oversee and manage our roofing division. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of roofing experience, possess the necessary certifications for working at heights, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. This role will be fundamental for building and expanding our roofing division, while managing a dedicated deam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Supervise and mentor a team of roofers, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
- Develop strategies to grow the roofing division and build client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, especially concerning working at height
- Maintain effective communication with clients, employees, and management to ensure project success
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality control measures on all roofing projects.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of roofing experience, with a thorough understanding of various roofing systems and techniques.
Relevant certifications for working at heights.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Smart, articulate, and a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with clients and team members.
Valid drivers license.
